Purpose of the site
This site provides information about the MAR&PET portfolio and guidance tools. Submitting a form, using Mara or receiving a Vision 3D result is an enquiry or simulation, not a binding order or sale contract.
Validation and quotation
Images, configurations, dimensions and performance information may be illustrative or product- and project-dependent. Price, availability, timing, installation and feasibility are determined only in an individual offer confirmed by the MAR&PET team. Mara is an AI assistant and may be wrong; it does not quote prices or confirm technical feasibility.
Responsible use
Do not send sensitive data, other people’s data without a lawful basis, or unlawful content through forms or chat. Do not disrupt the platform. Human assistance is available at partener@marpet.ro.
Rights and documents
These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. A later sale is governed by the individual offer, contract and separate pre-contract information. Personal data is handled under the privacy notice and the cookie policy.
Contact and dispute resolution
For complaints, write to partener@marpet.ro. Consumers may also use the Romanian consumer authority’s ADR process: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The former EU ODR platform has closed and is not presented as a current option.
